Self-Paced Training
Our signature offering. This training system gives leaders the space to explore essential concepts on their own. It includes a full year of access to
- Carefully structured online training modules for core concepts
- Weekly group-coaching
- A peer accountability partner (if desired)
- Activities for reflection and application
- Individual feedback delivered asynchronously

Self-Paced Plus One-on-One Coaching
This approach includes all the features and flexibility of the self-paced training but adds:
- Self-scheduled one-on-on sessions with an ICF-certified coach
- Access to mastermind sessions for coach-mediated, peer-powered problem solving.

Speaking and Workshops
An engaging introduction to the fundamentals of paradox-aware leadership. These interactive and participatory sessions open leaders eyes and hearts to a new way of seeing the toughest challenges they face.
We introduce leaders at every level to the knowledge that seemingly unsolvable problems are actually an invitation to greatness. The tension, load, and friction that paradoxes present are actually the very forces that drive the most creative, innovative, and locally relevant solutions
